Subscription Policy

At Chewthful, we believe treating your pets should be simple and convenient. Our Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to keep your furry friends stocked with their favorite freeze-dried treats while enjoying savings on every delivery.

1. How Subscribe & Save Works

When you select Subscribe & Save on an eligible product page, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of your selected products at the delivery frequency you choose.

Your subscription will automatically renew, and your selected payment method will be charged for each scheduled order until you cancel your subscription.

Subscriptions are optional. You may always choose a one-time purchase instead.

2. Subscription Savings

Subscribe & Save customers receive 10% off eligible subscription products on every scheduled order, including the first order.

Subscription discounts apply to eligible products only and do not automatically apply to shipping charges or taxes.

Subscription discounts may not be combined with certain other promotions or discount offers. Any applicable discounts will be reflected at checkout.

3. Delivery Frequency

You may choose from the following delivery schedules:

Every 2 weeks · Every 4 weeks · Every 6 weeks · Every 8 weeks

Your selected frequency determines when your subscription orders are scheduled.

You may manage your subscription through your customer account, subject to the available subscription management options.

4. Automatic Payments and Renewals

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Chewthful to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable product charges, shipping fees, and taxes.

Your subscription continues until canceled. There is no fixed minimum number of deliveries or long-term commitment.

The amount charged may change if you modify your subscription, applicable taxes or shipping charges change, or product prices are updated in accordance with applicable law and any required notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Our standard shipping policy applies to subscription orders.

Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders of $25 or more. A $4.99 shipping fee applies to qualifying U.S. orders below $25.

Free shipping eligibility is based on the applicable order total after discounts and before taxes, subject to our shipping policy.

Shipping charges are calculated for each subscription order and may vary based on the delivery address, order contents, and applicable shipping rules.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by processing times, carrier delays, holidays, or product availability.

6. Managing Your Subscription

You can access and manage your subscription through your Chewthful customer account under My Subscriptions.

Depending on the available subscription management options, you may view upcoming subscription orders, change your delivery frequency, update your shipping address or payment information, skip an upcoming delivery, pause or resume your subscription, and cancel your subscription.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee.

To prevent an upcoming renewal, please cancel or make changes before the next scheduled order is processed.

Cancellation stops future subscription renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Orders already processed are subject to our standard Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Product Availability

If a subscribed product becomes temporarily unavailable, we may delay or skip an upcoming order and notify you when appropriate.

We will not substitute a different product without your authorization.

9. Returns and Refunds

Subscription purchases are subject to Chewthful's standard Shipping & Returns Policy.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify previously processed orders for a refund.

For damaged, incorrect, or otherwise problematic deliveries, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

10. Changes to the Subscription Program

Chewthful may update subscription offerings, available delivery frequencies, or program terms from time to time.

Any changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including providing advance notice or obtaining consent where required.
