Order Processing

All Chewthful™ orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $25 or more. Shipping rates for orders below $25 are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Unexpected carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

We want every Chewthful™ experience to bring joy to you and your pet. Because they're family.

If your pet doesn't enjoy a product purchased directly from our website, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

First-time purchases of each product are eligible for a one-time satisfaction refund, limited to one claim per product per household. This guarantee applies to eligible purchases made directly through chewthfulpets.com.

For food safety reasons, opened treats do not need to be returned. Please provide your order number and a brief description of your concern so our team can assist you.

Return Eligibility

Unopened products in their original condition and packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us before sending any products back so we can provide return instructions.

For returns unrelated to product quality or fulfillment errors, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened pet treats cannot be physically returned for food safety and freshness reasons. Eligible satisfaction guarantee claims are handled without requiring the opened product to be shipped back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@chewthfulpets.com.

Please include your order number and, if available, photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.

Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products are handled separately from our one-time satisfaction guarantee.

Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the issue is due to our error.

Purchases from Other Retailers

For Chewthful™ products purchased through Amazon or other third-party retailers, please refer to the return and refund policies of the retailer where your purchase was made.
